Terms of Sale
Before buying an animal from us we expect you to have done your research and already have a cage set-up at home before you pick up the animal.
Reservation
If you can't pick up the animal right away you can pay a reservation fee and we will keep the animal on hold for you. The fee is 25 % of the animals full price and won't be refunded in case the animal is not picked up. For more expensive animals we accept part payments, but the animal stays with us until the whole sum has been paid.
Health issues
Before selling any animal we make sure they are eating well, behaving as they should and are healthy in every way. If you however notice any issues with the animal please let us know as soon as possible. We can't take responsibility or refund your money for any problem that comes up after 48 hours of the purchase, but we still want to help you and give any advice we have.
Age limits
You need to be at least 18 years old to buy an animal from us. An underage buyer needs to have his/her parents present and they need to be interested and knowledgeable about the species and the care of the animal.
Pick-ups
Reserved animal can be picked up from us in Raisio. If a finnish expo is arranged we are likely to be visiting and can bring booked animals with us.
Refusal of sale
Reptiles are an long-term commitment since they often live up to several decades. We want our animals to move into good and knowledgeable long-term homes. We want to avoid them being resold within a short time because of reasons like lack of interest/space/time from the new owner. We also ask for different levels of previous experience depending on what species you are interested in buying. If we consider your experience not to be enough we might refuse a sale to you at this moment. These might be reasons for refusal of sales, but we also always reserve the right to refuse a sale without giving you a reason.
